Cookie notice
Short version: one essential cookie keeps you signed in. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you say Sure on the cookie banner. No advertising cookies, no tracking across sites.

1. What we set
| Cookie | Set when | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token(may be split into numbered parts) | You sign in | Holds your signed-in session so that each page knows who you are. Strictly necessary: the service cannot work without it. | Until you sign out, or the session expires |
sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier | You use a password reset or invitation link | Proves that the person finishing the link is the person who started it. | Minutes |
_ga, _ga_QNXGFBHRFJ | You press Sure on the cookie banner | Google Analytics: counts visits and shows which pages and links bring people to the site. Google does not store your IP address in Analytics, and we do not use it for advertising. | Up to 2 years |
dq-consent(browser storage, not a cookie) | You answer the cookie banner | Remembers your choice (Sure or No thanks) so the banner does not ask again. It never leaves your browser. | Until you clear your browser storage or change your choice below |
dq-welcomed(browser storage, not a cookie) | You finish the welcome tour after your first sign-in | Remembers that you have seen the tour, so it is not shown again. It never leaves your browser. | Until you clear your browser storage |
If you only read the public pages, never sign in and do not accept analytics, we set no cookies at all.
2. What we do not set
No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media pixels, and no third-party cookies other than Google Analytics, and that only if you say Sure on the banner. The fonts on the site are served from our own domain, not fetched from a font service.
3. Consent
UK and EU rules require consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Analytics is the only such cookie we use, and it stays off until you say Sure to it. Rejecting changes nothing else about the site.
4. Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block ours you will be able to read the public pages but not to stay signed in.
